Baranagar Math has
been renamed as Ramakrishna Math, Baranagar. Now it is a branch centre
of Ramakrishna Math, P.O. Belur Math, Howrah, West Bengal, Pin-711202,
India. It has been conducting philanthropic activities for the weaker
group of people based on the ideals of “service to man is service to
God”, as the beings are nothing but the varied forms of God. This old
Baranagar Math precinct needs a master plan.
